A traditional camping venue in woodland, set around two large lakes created from former aggregate pits. In 2012 Maze commenced guiding the preparation of a Masterplan for development of the 300 acres site, starting the process of transformation into a modern holiday destination with supporting leisure facilities. We are still busy working on the site today.

Bell Trucks is investing heavily in new facilities in the northeast of England. These shiny new headquarter premises for the Mercedes Benz truck and van dealer will transform 7 acres of the former Allied Bakeries site, prominently located in one of the UK’s premier employment parks, Team Valley.

A 17 acre greenfield site on the edge of Thornton Village, earmarked by Bradford Council for employment use in the early 2000’s. Maze led a multi-disciplined team to obtain permission, firstly for a mixed employment scheme of 25,830 square metres in 2009, then 250 houses in 2019.

Omega’s private effluent plant serves a major animal by products processing site where oils, meals and other products are derived from food industry waste, creating value added materials with wide ranging uses in industry. The effluent plant is the size of a football pitch and transformed the business’s ability to cleanse water for reuse on the site.

A vacant 27-bed care home in the Dartmoor National Park that had reverted to the lender following business failure. Planning was obtained for a comprehensive redevelopment to create 11 houses and a new access junction enabling the site to be sold on for immediate development.
